Luma is an AI assistant built by Camera Butter and partially powered by OpenAI. Conversations may be stored and reviewed to improve Luma and diagnose problems. An anonymous browser identifier may be stored on your device so we can understand repeat usage without identifying you personally. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the normal chat. Order lookups use a separate form; the email address and order number submitted there are used to find that order and are not added to the normal Luma conversation. Luma can make mistakes, so verify important information.
