HANDLING TIME

Most shipments will ship same day or by the next business day, excluding holidays.  On some occasions shipping might be delayed when noted on the website.  Shipments sent USPS usually have a 2-3 day handling time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The receiver is responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees for orders shipped outside of Canada.  If a shipment is retuned due to non-acceptance or non-pickup and cannot be returned without cost (freight or duties) you will forfeit the entire value of the order including cost of goods and shipping.  Alternatively, you can choose to pre-pay all return fees, and you will be refunded the difference between your payment and any additional fees paid on your behalf.  Note that this does not apply to items shipped via Asendia tracked mail - see below.

ASENDIA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you elect to use the "Asendia tracked mail", be advised that if  not delivered for any reason at all (package is unclaimed, package refused, address incorrect on non-deliverable, duties unpaid, etc), Asendia will NOT return the package, and it will be deemed to be abandoned and it will be disposed of.  If you choose Asendia as the shipping method, be VERY CAREFUL that the address is correct and that it is a deliverable address.   If delivery is not successful, you hereby waive all claims to the value of the package and shipping costs.  There will not be any credits, refunds or re-shipments for undeliverable packages shipped by Asendia.

REGULAR MAIL

If you select "Regular Mail" as your shipping method, you acknowledge that regular mail can be slow and unreliable, and that there is no way to track your shipment, so we will not be able to provide you updates on your order once it has left our premises.    Furthermore, you agree that once the shipment leaves our premises, you hereby accept ownership of the goods, as we are no longer responsible for your shipment.  You agree that you take on 100% of the risk of the order not arriving, or the item being damaged in transit.  You waive all claim to refunds, chargebacks, replacements re-shipments if you select this method of shipping.   Shipping protection is not available for Regular Mail.  

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND REGULAR MAIL DUE TO LACK OF RELIABILITY, AND ONLY PROVIDE THIS OPTION IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK YOURSELF.  SELECTING REGULAR MAIL IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
